Delivery

The products ordered on the ennababyshoes.com website are delivered only by express courier to the customer. We do not work with the Romanian Post.

Firuta Zaharia PFA makes deliveries through the platform colete-online.ro, which works with multiple courier companies. The customer can choose which courier company to deliver the products, from a list which Firuta Zaharia PFA agreed to work with, through the platform colete-online.ro. The delivery options will be shown at checkout and will influence the price of the delivery.

The delivery term for Romania is 3-5 working days from the moment of placing the order at the address specified in the order form. Delays can occur due to various reasons: legal holidays, unfavorable weather conditions, technical problems independent of the company, etc.

If the delivery time of the products is extended, this will be announced both on the site and on all social networks. Orders received on Friday after 17.00 will not be processed until next week, Monday morning.

Due to the schedule of courier companies on weekends, no shipments are made. Deliveries are made only on working days, from Monday to Friday. Before receiving the package, you will be contacted by phone by the courier to confirm your presence at the delivery address.

Delivery time for addresses to destinations in EUROPE is 4-10 working days, but may differ from conditions related exclusively to the express courier company,legal holidays, unfavorable weather conditions, technical problems independent of the company, etc.

The delivery is FREE for orders with a minimum value of 300 RON for Romania.

Return

Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, within 14 days starting at the date on which you are possession of the goods by signing the transport documents, without giving a reason and without penalties, according the the OUG34/2014 and according with this return policy below.

All return requests are processed through the email [email protected] or through the phone number +40721914363. The return shipping costs must be covered exclusively by you.

The products cannot be returned /exchanged in the following cases:

  1. the products have been made to order, to the consumer’s specifications in terms of sizes or colours or in the case of distinctly customized products.
  2. the products are not in the original packaging, intact. The original packaging cannot be used as packaging on the return of the package and cannot be modified in any way by writing, labeling, gluing, etc. If the original packaging of the product still has AWB stickers on or any other papers glued on it, we will retain a sum from the total value of the goods after the damage has been assessed.
  3. the goods shows signs of wear, washing or missing accessories.
  4. have been damaged or lost in transit;
  5. you did not made the acquisition on the website www.ennababyshoes.com nor you have the fiscal receipt in case of acquisitions within trades;

The return shipping will be made only by courier and the shipping costs must be covered exclusively by you.

Only at express request, EnnaBabyShoes can organise the pick up of the package from the initial shipping address, cost of the shipping for pickups is usually 15% higher than initial shipping and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the value we will return for the returned goods.

We do not accept returns by mail or return packages with payment for transport or refund product in our charge or cash. No reimbursement shall be made if the goods have been used after opening the packaging, if the goods are not in the same state as they were delivered, or if the goods are damaged

Reimbursement of the products’ value

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product by courier. If the buyer has benefited from the free delivery of the products, the company will also deduct from the refund price these costs (transport costs of the delivery depending on the mode of transport it has benefited from).

Changing the received product

Changing the size of the product you have order for international order will be done by a new order and return of the previous products ordered.
